We constantly update our FAQ so please check there before contacting us. We dont monitor the sales emails so please do not reply to those.

NOTE: Please search in google the difference between Full version of kontakt vs player version. If you need a serial for a kontakt product then this will be the issue you should look at in the google search result. You can drag and drop the .nki in Kontakt FULL and it will work w/o a serial. If the instruments shows "DEMO" then you have Kontakt Player and need Kontakt Full from NI and this is in our FAQ and mentioned in every product and policy

NOTE: The system requirements are available in the system specs of each product and these are non refundable digital prodcuts, which is why we state this fact on every page of every prodcut and FAQ and we tell distributors to do the same.
